Teacher and Curriculum Specialist (Math/Science)

Work Location: Various branches including Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, and Thomson Plaza.

Work Days: Tuesdays to Saturdays

Must be comfortable working 4 weekdays (2 early weekdays 10am-7pm, 2 late weekdays 12:30pm-9:30pm) and 1 weekend (8am-6pm).

• Deliver quality lessons of up to 10–12 classes per week.
• Display strong classroom delivery skills aligned to Learning Point’s suggested methodology and house style.
• Effectively utilize teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that enhances students’ learning experience.
• Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback and ensure they are returned to students by the next lesson.
• Perform required administrative responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students’ files, etc).
• Be proactive in arranging “catch-ups” for students who missed any lessons when there are no available “make-up” classes for them to join.
• Attempt to ensure that students are consistently making reasonable progress in the programme; every student matters.
• Foster good relationships with students’ parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback on the progress of the students and solutions/suggestions for parents on how they can partner with you at home.
• Work with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience and strive to minimise the withdrawal rate of classes assigned.
• Attend level meetings, subject sharing sessions, observation sessions, and/or co‑teaching sessions organised by the Company for training purposes when required.

• Bachelor’s Degree holder and above or equivalent.
• Well‑versed with the latest MOE syllabus.
• Comfortable to use Zoom and online portal.
• 2 to 3 years of teaching experience.
• Strong passion towards teaching and nurturing students.
• Able to commit long‑term (at least one full academic year).
• Able to start work immediately (an added advantage).
• Selected candidates will be required to attend lesson observations and co‑teaching sessions for training purposes.
• Willing to travel to other branches when required.
• Singaporeans only.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Education System and Assessment Criteria is required. Training and lesson materials will be provided.
