Data Centre HVAC​/ACMV Commissioning Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the commissioning process across multiple projects from design, construction, testing to operational handover.
• Manage commissioning activities across all phases including start-up, acceptance, functional performance testing and systems testing.
• Review and assess designs and project deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage commissioning agents, contractors and suppliers, resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Provide strategic leadership for project close-out and seamless transition into operational phases.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive commissioning reports for each project.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design management or commissioning management for HVAC/ACMV systems.
• Experience in data centre projects is an added advantage.
• Technical and practical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical plants and services supporting mission-critical environments is an added advantage.
