As an Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure accounts payable and receivable transactions are recorded promptly for monthly reporting.
• Record investment-related transactions timely, including fair value assessments, for monthly reporting.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Manage inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash operations and coordinate with banks regarding account management.
• Execute fund transfers and fixed deposit placements as instructed.
• Prepare weekly cash management reports and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Handle full-set accounting for subsidiaries.
• Process payments according to internal policies, ensuring correct account coding.
• Assist in preparing GST returns.
• Prepare financial and management schedules to support timely management reporting.
• Support review of payment runs for joint venture companies.
• Assist with budget preparation for subsidiaries.
• Contribute to project work as needed.
• Maintain organized accounting journal files.
• Support general administrative tasks within the finance team
• Carry out additional operational tasks as required to ensure smooth gallery operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
