- Provide guidance on best practices for fostering a supportive and healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge employee well-being, burnout levels, and overall satisfaction.
- Analyze survey results to identify trends and areas needing intervention.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute interventions based on survey findings.
- Plan and develop training materials focused on mental health literacy and awareness.
- Execute campaigns to increase staff understanding of mental health issues and resources available.
- Utilize data insights to monitor the effectiveness of well‑being initiatives and adjust programs as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to demonstrate the impact of well‑being programs on employee health and productivity.
- Provide support and intervention for individuals or groups facing emotional challenges.
- Assist in planning and organizing hospital‑level activities such as health workshops, sports events, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote participation and foster a sense of community among staff.
- Support the department's efforts to enhance connectivity through digital platforms.
Oversee recruitment, orientation, and training of Welfare Officers (WOs)
- Bachelor Degree in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management etc) or related field of studies.
- At least 2 year of relevant experiences in managing employee health and well‑being is an advantage.
