As a Senior Executive, Emergency Preparedness & Security - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve as the central coordinator for emergency preparedness across multiple healthcare facilities, working closely with relevant external agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain organisation-wide emergency response and contingency plans for a range of healthcare and environmental incidents.
• Ensure operational readiness to support national and sector-wide emergency responses when required.
• Advise facility teams on emergency preparedness requirements and provide guidance on site-specific planning and compliance.
• Support emergency and security considerations in the planning and development of new healthcare facilities.
• Plan, organise, and conduct emergency response exercises and simulations to assess preparedness and improve response capabilities.
• Lead security governance initiatives, including reviewing physical security measures and enhancing staff awareness and readiness.
• Collaborate with operations teams to review performance data, identify gaps, and support improvement initiatives aligned with organisational KPIs.
• Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Promote a data-informed approach by developing performance indicators and reports to support decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree holder from a recognised institution.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
