About On Point Physiotherapy
On Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic that sets out to provide high value, evidence guided physiotherapy care in Singapore.
We specialize in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic (Post surgery / trauma) and Sports Physiotherapy, and are highly regarded for treating complex pain cases with poor prognosis pertaining to the spine, shoulder, and knees.
We commit ourselves to delivering swift and sustainable clinical outcomes through our extensive experience as well as dual specialty in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports & exercise science.
Your RoleWe are looking for someone who can perform front desks duties which will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Customer service including welcoming patients & attending to patients’ registration
- Professionally assist staff, visitors, and patients’ needs
- Professionally handle patient as well as doctor enquiries (phone, email, walk-in’s etc.)
- Scheduling appointments between Physiotherapists and patients/referring clinics
- Contact patients prior to their appointment as reminders or follow-up calls & ensuring payments made for treatment rendered
- Respond to, resolve and/or raise issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)
- Maintain confidentiality of all staff, and patient information
- Be responsible for scheduling equipment maintenance & repairs
- Oversee and establish inventory standards for supplies and equipment. Stock taking and ordering of stocks
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the clinic
- Maintain and ensure the upkeep of clinic’s general cleanliness, tidiness & appearance, which includes for example, sanitizing high touch surfaces, etc.
- Handle general administrative & ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director
You:
- Have great organizational and administrative skills
- Are compassionate and discrete with good time management and record-keeping skills
- Have PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Are service oriented and a good team player
- Are hardworking and have a desire to learn
- Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional, and reliable
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, well versed in written and spoken English
- Have an ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
