Product Specialist; Cardiology​/Resuscitation

Job Summary:

Support sales, application, and post-sales activities for critical care medical devices, including ventilators and monitoring solutions.

• Provide technical and application support to distributors, channel partners, and customers.
• Handle product-related sales enquiries and offer clinical solution recommendations.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and updates for assigned territories.
• Advise on product configuration and clinical application for healthcare professionals such as clinicians, doctors, and biomedical staff.
• Support distributors with tender specifications, proposals, and solution recommendations.

• Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories in Singapore.
• Drive sales for ventilators and related critical care product portfolios.
• Handle tender preparation, submission, review, and follow-up.
• Work closely with internal teams (commercial, IT, engineering) to ensure smooth project execution and solution delivery.

• Provide end‑user product and application training, including scheduling and development of training materials.
• Oversee sales project fulfilment, project management, and installation through to customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with IT/ICT teams, service engineers, and logistics to ensure proper product commissioning and delivery.

• Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
• Prepare trip reports, monthly reports, and project updates.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights to HQ.
• Support new product launches and maintain continuous development of product and sales competencies.

• At least 2 years’ experience in the medical device industry, including hands‑on experience with ventilator systems (e.g., ICU or NIV).
• Experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar background is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills for effective product presentation and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and willingness to learn.
• Able to perform well under pressure and manage work‑related stress effectively.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Nursing is an added advantage.
