Job Summary:
Support sales, application, and post-sales activities for critical care medical devices, including ventilators and monitoring solutions.
Product & Application Support- Provide technical and application support to distributors, channel partners, and customers.
- Handle product-related sales enquiries and offer clinical solution recommendations.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and updates for assigned territories.
- Advise on product configuration and clinical application for healthcare professionals such as clinicians, doctors, and biomedical staff.
- Support distributors with tender specifications, proposals, and solution recommendations.
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories in Singapore.
- Drive sales for ventilators and related critical care product portfolios.
- Handle tender preparation, submission, review, and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams (commercial, IT, engineering) to ensure smooth project execution and solution delivery.
- Provide end‑user product and application training, including scheduling and development of training materials.
- Oversee sales project fulfilment, project management, and installation through to customer acceptance.
- Coordinate with IT/ICT teams, service engineers, and logistics to ensure proper product commissioning and delivery.
- Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
- Prepare trip reports, monthly reports, and project updates.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights to HQ.
- Support new product launches and maintain continuous development of product and sales competencies.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the medical device industry, including hands‑on experience with ventilator systems (e.g., ICU or NIV).
- Experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar background is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills for effective product presentation and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage work‑related stress effectively.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Nursing is an added advantage.
