- Serve as the main liaison for VVIP, VIP, and CIP patients, providing end-to-end concierge support
- Coordinate appointments, procedures, admissions, and follow‑ups with relevant teams
- Anticipate client needs to deliver a seamless, high‑quality service experience
- Manage scheduling, logistics, documentation, and ongoing communication
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Respond to email and phone enquiries, including GP referrals
- Support patients with cost estimates, billing, insurance, and payment processes
- Liaise with referring GPs on patient outcomes and care pathways
- Remain flexible to work after‑hours or weekends when required
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Relevant experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
