• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, including stock-in, stock level monitoring, expiry checks, and adjustments
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain inventory management system and records
• Handle local and overseas procurement of medical products and consumables
• Follow up on customer quotation requests
• Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders
• Pack orders and coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
• Apply for and track HSA SAR applications for local customers.

• Experience in procurement, inventory, or pharmacy-related roles; knowledge of therapeutic products and medical devices preferred
• Proficient in inventory management, order and quotation processing, basic data analysis, and Microsoft Office
