• Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established industry standards.
• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc site inspections to evaluate cleanliness levels, hygiene compliance, and staff performance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of inspection findings, identified issues, and corrective measures taken.
• Escalate service deficiencies and operational concerns promptly to the Resident Manager and Operations Team.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to implement effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Monitor recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall cleaning quality.
• Support the periodic review and updating of SOPs to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provide on-site assistance during audits and client inspections.
• Recommend and coordinate retraining programs for cleaning staff when performance standards are not achieved.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new cleaning personnel, with emphasis on quality and compliance standards.
• Investigate, document, and resolve customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Minimum Diploma holder.
