Requirements for this position include the following:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Individualized Professional Development Program:

• Annual continued education allowance

• Team-based learning sessions once per month comprised of presentations on relevant topics and skill acquisition
