Compu Group Medical is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant – Care Coordinator to support Medicare RPM and CCM patients. This on-site role focuses on proactive outreach, monitoring, and education to help high-risk patients stay engaged with their care plans.
You will work Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends. You will coordinate with RPM devices, document in EHRs, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices while maintaining accurate patient progress records.
