Job Summary

Hands-on Dev Ops role supporting and scaling cloud infrastructure through Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior Dev Ops team members in managing and operating cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Monitor Kubernetes clusters for performance, availability, and resource utilisation.
  • Assist with deployment, configuration, and management of Kubernetes resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and deployment-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
  • Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform.
  • Deploy and manage cloud solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support when required.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a Dev Ops engineering role.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Chef, or Cloud Formation.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud service providers such as AWS or Google Cloud, with AWS being an added advantage.
  • Experience administering CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git Lab, or Team City.
  • Practical experience with containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (e.g. EKS).
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command‑line tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Ability to fulfil standby duties for off‑hours support.
  • Dev Ops‑related professional certifications are an added advantage.
