• Execution
  - Develop data-driven dynamic Used Car Pricing model with Residual Value prediction
  - Digitalization of Used Car Pricing & Inspection in Asia
  - Implement Trade Cycle Management in Asia
  - Handle multiple Used Car Projects simultaneously
• Leadership
  - Lead team & influence stakeholders (Distributors, Dealers, Management)
  - Drive cross functional collaboration for project implementation

• Candidate must have at least a degree in Data Science / Statistics / Economics / Business
• The candidate should possess at least seven years of relevant industry experience, preferably within automotive OEMs in Used Car or Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) functions, used car start‑ups, major distributor or dealer groups handling Used Car/CPO operations, or captive finance and leasing companies
• The role requires strong knowledge of used car processes and pricing, residual value management, data science, and statistical modelling
• The candidate should also demonstrate proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, data analytics, and project management
• In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in strategic planning, problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
