- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Manpower Budgeting & Planning System (MBPS) under the guidance of the COE Lead.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and institutions to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee system configuration and customization to meet operational and business needs.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, implement mitigation measures, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure seamless integration of the MPBS with existing HR systems and platforms.
- Assess project risks and issues proactively, including managing escalations where necessary.
- Prepare and present timely project updates to project sponsors, stakeholders, and steering committee members.
- Develop and implement change management initiatives, including user training and adoption strategies.
- Provide support to Model Builders during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on data cleansing and harmonization initiatives to ensure accurate integration between HR systems and the MPBS.
- Support system maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities after go-live.
- Partner with institutions to gather manpower parameters, benchmarks, and workforce planning inputs.
- Conduct manpower analytics, forecasting, and simulation exercises to support manpower budgeting and workforce planning decisions.
- Apply industry best practices to design and develop the Cluster Manpower Budgeting and Forecasting System using the SAP Success Factors platform and integrated data feeds.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in and support other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or above – Analytics, IT, HR or related discipline.
