Respobsibilities

• Execution
  - Develop data-driven dynamic Used Car Pricing model with Residual Value prediction
  - Digitalization of Used Car Pricing & Inspection in Asia
  - Implement Trade Cycle Management in Asia
  - Handle multiple Used Car Projects simultaneously
• Leadership
  - Lead team & influence stakeholders (Distributors,Dealers, Management)
  - Drive cross functional collaboration for project implementation

Requirements :

• Candidate must have at least adegree in Data Science / Statistics / Economics / Business
• The candidate should possessat least seven years of relevant industry experience, preferably withinautomotive OEMs in Used Car or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) functions, used car start-ups, major distributor or dealer groups handling Used Car/CPO operations, or captive finance and leasing companies.
• The role requiresstrong knowledge of used car processes and pricing, residual value management, data science, and statistical modelling.
• The candidate should also demonstrateproficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, data analytics, and project management.
• In addition, the ideal candidate will havestrong capabilities in strategic planning, problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
