Job Scope:- Oversee the daily operations of golf services, including tee-time management, marshalling, buggy operations, and bag drop services
- Lead and supervise the golf operations team to ensure smooth, efficient, and member-focused service delivery
- Coordinate closely with Course Maintenance, Events, and Clubhouse teams to support tournaments and corporate events
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and club regulations
- Manage budgeting, inventory control, and cost efficiency for golf operations
- Drive service excellence initiatives to enhance member satisfaction
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in golf operations, sports club management, or hospitality operations
- Proven leadership experience managing operational teams
- Strong understanding of golf course operations and tournament management
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Salary up to $8,000
