- Review daily customer releases (including service), verifies daily shipments against inventory and daily scheduled manufacturing to determine priorities to meet demands.
- Monitoring and answering shortage screens at the required times and parameters, as well as maintenance of all other required screens as specified by the customer.
- Monitor customer’s computer systems for delivery schedules, shortages, PPM’s and other concerns.
- Delivery performance monitoring including proactively self‑assessing customer ratings and key measurables.
- Sends ASNs and inputs manual ASNs during power outages or system failures.
- Communicates to all necessary parties any changes that would require alternative scheduling to meet demands.
- Accepts assignments and other responsibilities as required to support team objectives.
- Required to adhere to applicable TS16949 requirements.
- Required to adhere to applicable ISO 14001 requirements.
- Required to adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety Regulations.
- Will be required to work necessary overtime.
- Thorough product knowledge. Full understanding of customer service philosophy and company procedures.
- Word processing and personal computer skills (M/S Word, Excel, ERP/SAP, EDI) Ability to navigate and understand customer portals for communication and information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Three to five years experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing.
- Strong personal leadership, vision, organizational and communication abilities, technical and mechanical background desirable.
- Knowledgeable of customer product line and internal manufacturing processes to include all functions from raw materials to finished goods, as well as equipment and machinery.
- High school graduate.
- Additional college‑level courses in Management subjects desirable or the equivalent in experience and education.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering desirable
