Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to support our 1st Shift team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Range: $ per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
- Shift: 1st Shift-Mon-Thurs | 6:00A-4:30 PM | 4-Day Work Week

- Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications
- Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells
- Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints
- Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
- Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
- Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
- Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Competitive hourly pay plus $1.50/hr. shift differential
