PC Painter

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Painter to join a production finish team.

Responsibilities:

• Mastering Safety:
  Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment.
• Mastering the Finish:
  Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision.
• Keeping Things Moving:
  Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth.
• Quality First:
  Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station.
• Total Care:
  Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead cranes and rigging.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a standard vision test (corrective lenses are fine!), and the physical aptitude to handle the demands of the shop floor.
• You're comfortable reading instructions and chatting with the team to solve problems and share ideas.
