Position: Robotic Welder (1st Shift)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to support our 1st Shift team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay Range: $ per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
  • Shift: 1st Shift - Mon-Thurs | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 4-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications
  • Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells
  • Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints
  • Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications
  • Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes
  • Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment
  • Experience using inspection and measuring tools
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
