Process Technician
- Thomson, GA

A growing global Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking an experienced Process Technician to support its manufacturing operations in Thomson, Georgia. This position is responsible for monitoring production processes, optimizing injection molding operations, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Start up, process, and shut down compound injection molding equipment and production lines.
  • Perform tooling changes on compound injection molding machines.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on injection molding equipment.
  • Operate and troubleshoot automation and robotic equipment.
  • Set up machines and tooling while ensuring process accuracy, efficiency, and optimal operating parameters.
  • Monitor production quality and process flow to maintain manufacturing standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support production objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience with injection molding process setup and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of compound injection molding equipment and tooling changes
  • Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and robots
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
