We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare, apply, and inspect powder coat finishes on metal components to ensure high‑quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. You will take pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay Range: $20.00‑28.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
- Second Shift – Monday‑Thursday 4:30 P‑3:00 A, 4‑Day Work Week + $3.00/hr shift differential
- Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking.
- Apply powder coating using manual and/or automated spray systems.
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality to meet specifications.
- Perform color changes and maintain proper powder inventory control.
- Operate curing ovens and verify proper cure times and temperatures.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and perform touch‑ups as needed.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean, organized condition.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of materials.
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move parts as required (60 lbs).
- A keen eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.

- The ability to work independently while supervising automated machine cycles.
