We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.
Compensation & SchedulePay Range: $ per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
$1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment
First Shift- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Monday – Thursday
- 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
- Friday – Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 3-Day Work Week – work 36 hours get paid for 40
- Additional $1.50/hour shift differential
