This individual is responsible for the daily performance of injection molding presses at P8 — from startup through shutdown, including mold changes, process troubleshooting, cycle time optimization, and on-going mold preventive maintenance.

The right person is technically sharp, takes pride in running clean, efficient presses, and brings a proactive mindset to catching and solving process issues before they become production problems.
