Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Milacron injection molding presses, with familiarity with Mosaic and Cemac 486 machine control systems strongly preferred;
Perform emergency and unscheduled press repairs to minimize downtime; respond to production interruptions quickly and effectively;
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program for all injection molding presses — scheduling, executing, and documenting PMs to prevent failures before they occur;
Maintain a running log of machine health, repair history, & upcoming maintenance needs for each press;
Diagnose and repair electrical systems on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment: control panels, wiring harnesses, sensors, proximity switches, solenoid valves, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other components
