Execute press startups and shutdowns per established procedures; load and verify process parameters from machine memory and job documentation;
Monitor running presses throughout the shift for process deviations, quality issues, and equipment anomalies;
Continuously optimize cycle times and process parameters to maximize productivity while meeting quality standards;
Troubleshoot common molding defects systematically and implement approved process corrections;
Document all process changes, parameter adjustments, and deviations per ISO 9001 procedures and shift logs
