Load and edit CNC programs; set machines for full cycles to fabricate large batches of parts according to specifications;
Load sheet metal into bays and safely use a forklift to move materials and completed parts;
Perform first-part and random inspections using calipers, gauges, and tape measures to ensure 100% conformity to prints;
Monitor cutting quality and adjust feed rates or machine settings in real-time to optimize results;
Perform daily maintenance (nozzle centering, window cleaning, dust bin removal) and advanced troubleshooting (optical path realignment, pneumatic/hydraulic checks) for Class A operators
