Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Staff Nurse (Oncology) will be responsible ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities Patient-Centered CareEnhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care.
Demonstrates nursing competencies for oncology patient in a specialized Oncology Clinic
Participate in consultations with radiation oncologists and be capable of doing the required tasks.
Maintain and care for tools and supplies such the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets.
Exhibits assurance and competence when preparing patients for all radiation therapy procedures, including cannulation, CT simulation, radiation therapy treatment, and post treatment.
IV cannulation / Blood taking for patients
Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in Singapore
Valid nursing licensure with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and appropriate certifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing
At least 1 year of oncology nursing experience
Valid BCLS and AED
Able to perform Cannulation
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
