This is a 3 to 4 months contract cover for maternity position to provide maternity leave coverage. We welcome candidates who are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a pediatric outpatient setting while supporting our team during this period. The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the Pediatric Clinic. This role ensures compliance with hospital/ Clinic nursing standards, quality systems, and procedures, while supporting patient education and counselling.

The Enrolled Nurse also assists the Head of Department (HOD) in the effective management and smooth operation of the clinic, including clinical and administrative functions.

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer medications, perform basic nursing procedures and collect laboratory specimens within the scope of practice.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, provide financial counselling and perform cashiering duties.
• Ensure consultation and treatment rooms are well-equipped and ready for patient care.
• Monitor and replenish medications, medical supplies and clinic inventory.
• Coordinate patient care with Pharmacy, Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging and other support departments.
• Deliver excellent customer service by attending to patients and caregivers with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with infection control, patient safety and quality standards.
• Submits the Medisave applications. Checks Medisave account holder’s balances from CPF website, prints hard copy and tagged the information into HIS.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board with a valid practising certificate.
• Relevant nursing experience in a pediatric, outpatient or clinic setting will be an advantage.
• Passionate about caring for children and supporting their families.
• Friendly, patient-oriented and service-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• 5.5 days work week
