We're looking for a friendly and reliable Branch Associate to help take care of our cake shop. Your role focuses on ensuring a smooth retail experience for our customers - no baking required!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases and product enquiries
- Cashiering and handling payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the shop
- Restocking and simple store organisation
- Provide warm, attentive customer service
Requirements:
- No baking experience required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoys interacting with customers
- Responsible, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (for full‑timers/part‑timers depending on schedule)
