Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service, providing fashion advice, product knowledge, and wardrobe coordination to maximize sales and complementary selling.
- Maintain strong product and store knowledge to consistently promote merchandise and services at high service standards.
- Build, update, and manage customer and VIP databases, tracking preferences and shopping history.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating insights and recommendations to management.
- Oversee daily store operations including cashiering, stock control, housekeeping, visual merchandising, and sales administration.
- Support online store operations and participate in digital marketing initiatives.
- Receive and verify merchandise for quantity, quality, sizing, and pricing accuracy.
- Provide feedback on merchandise quality, pricing consistency, saleability, and delivery reliability.
- Execute visual merchandising according to assigned themes and concepts, recommending improvements to displays, fixtures, and promotional materials.
- Monitor stock levels through daily checks, physical stock takes, replenishment of fast‑moving items, and reporting of slow‑ or out‑of‑stock items.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff and promoters on service standards, selling techniques, product knowledge, POS usage, grooming, and company policies.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and duty rosters, providing structured feedback to management.
- Enforce safety and security procedures, including fitting‑room controls and incident reporting.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across sales areas, fixtures, and product displays.
- Update and maintain administrative records including VIP lists, SKUs, stock data, and daily sales reports.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team‑leading role.
- Hands‑on experience with POS systems, cashiering, and daily sales administration.
- Proven experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
