Meat​/Produce Team Supervisor

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

• Work in the deli providing front‑line customer service.
• Assist in the bakery, preparing and decorating special occasion items and helping customers celebrate.
• Work in the dry grocery department, ensuring customers find the items they need.
• Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and departments.
• Check temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lesser quality food products.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high-quality products in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food.
• Assist customers with cake orders, deli orders, or produce selection.
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
