Job SummaryAn opportunity to drive sales growth, manage key customer accounts, and support business development through effective coordination and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives and strategies.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
- Execute sales strategies to support business growth and organisational goals.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal divisions on customer requests and new project implementations.
- Prepare and issue quotations in response to customer enquiries.
- Participate in contract negotiations and review terms and conditions prior to implementation.
- Address business issues through problem identification, reporting, and resolution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager.
- Relevant working experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
- Strong ability to perform in fast-paced environments with effective time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and D365.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Resourceful with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates active listening, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Takes initiative and demonstrates leadership in contributing to organisational and customer success.
- Experience in the electronics, manufacturing, or distribution industry is an added advantage.
