Assistant Sales Manager Semiconductor​/Electronics

A regional sales leadership role driving business growth and market expansion within the Southeast Asia semiconductor and electronics sector.

• Drive sales and marketing activities for materials supplied to semiconductor and electronics manufacturers across Southeast Asia.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while overseeing account management teams.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Proactively network at industry events to represent the product portfolio and gather market intelligence.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly sales reports, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets, for head office reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members to enhance overall sales performance.
• Travel within the Southeast Asia region as required for business development and customer engagement.
• Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in identifying new business and networking opportunities.

• At least 6–8 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Highly sales-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the Southeast Asian market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven track record within the semiconductor or electronics industry is an added advantage.
