Key Responsibilities
Market Performance (Singapore):
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company business plans and KPIs. Take full ownership of sales results.
Analyze local and regional market trends, product demand, and customer preferences in Singapore. Formulate targeted sales strategies accordingly.
Key Customer Development:Achieve customer acquisition targets. Design and implement development plans to identify and engage effective customers, including establishing liquor distribution channels in key areas such as Orchard Road, CBD, Chinatown, and other high‑potential districts.
Channel Management:Regularly visit key accounts and potential clients to expand sales channels and strengthen partnerships.
Brand Promotion:Plan and execute brand campaigns and promotional activities for Wuliangye to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
Local Market Control:Provide support and supervision to local distributors and activities to ensure compliance and performance.
