- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose technical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs in the field.
- Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues within agreed service timelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and maintenance visits.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation after each site visit.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and support) to resolve complex technical issues.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
