As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:- Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Removing, repairing and replacing damaged body panels.
- Using specialist repair equipment and techniques to restore vehicles.
- Realigning chassis and body components where required.
- Working closely with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
- Identifying any additional damage during repairs and reporting findings.
- Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
You'll be a skilled and motivated Panel Beater who enjoys delivering first-class workmanship and working as part of a professional Bodyshop team.
You will ideally have:- Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician.
- Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using body alignment and repair equipment.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively in a busy environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
