We are currently looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our response maintenance business covering Middlesbrough
. You will specialise in carrying out flooring repairs in our customers’ properties and in void properties.

The Floor Layer Role
  • Complete variable jobs including cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles and latex, and domestic floor laying in tenanted properties.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer-facing environment, working in occupied properties.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and be aware of the health and safety of yourself, your team and your customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of domestic floor laying.
  • Preferably NVQ qualified, or equivalent, in floor laying.
  • Motivated approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Floor Layer role, with use of a company van (to be discussed at interview stage).
