We’re seeking passionate, empathetic individuals who can support young people in residential care. You will help them overcome challenges, celebrate achievements, and rebuild their childhoods. You must have resilience, a can-do attitude, and a genuine desire to create positive outcomes for young people.

Essential

Skills & Requirements:

  • Ability to build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model 💙

  • Flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts

  • Driving licence preferred

  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Children & Young People preferred (or willingness to complete)

  • Experience in children’s residential care (1 year preferred)
