Job Description
Our CPA firm is currently seeking a Bookkeeping Whiz to join our awesome team in the DTC! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our many varied clients.
Responsibilities- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Quick Books Input and Adjustments
- Payroll Processing
- Sales Tax Processing
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experienced in Quick Books-both Desktop and Online
- Team Player
