- Coordinate recurring meetings, leadership syncs, and board-related scheduling in partnership with the CSO
- Book and manage all domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries

- Manage relationships with office vendors, facilities contacts, and building management
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment, and general upkeep to maintain a professional, functional workspace
- Greet and host guests, visitors, and executive-level partners visiting the Denver office
- Own the C-level deliverables calendar, tracking and proactively following up on key deadlines including board presentations, earnings materials, investor updates, and regulatory filings
- Work closely with the CSO and CEO to ensure leadership team members are on track with their contributions well ahead of board meetings and earnings cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for board decks and executive presentations, chasing down slides, data, and approvals from department leads as needed
- Maintain a forward-looking view of the executive calendar so deadlines never sneak up on the leadership team
