Career + Digital Scholars is hiring a testing proctor and administrative support person to help our programs grow. Career Scholars supports adult learners in earning their high school equivalency (GED), opening doors to new career and educational opportunities. Digital Scholars offers personalized digital literacy instruction via one‑on‑one tutoring and coursework to help adults build confidence and prepare and upskill for today’s job market.

This is a temporary 6‑month, 20‑hour per week position. Daily hours vary between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm based on testing schedules. Work is primarily located at 200 W Oak Street, Fort Collins, CO, with occasional travel to 200 Periodt Avenue, Loveland, CO.
What you’ll be doing- Assist with Career Scholars GED preparation including orientation, scheduling, administration, and proctoring exams.
- Assist with Digital Scholars orientations, assessments, administration, and participant support including during weekly Skills Labs.
- Certify and perform duties of a Pearson GED testing proctor and assist in keeping equipment and records up‑to‑date and secure.
- Maintain open and effective communication with program coordinators regarding participant progress, concerns, and learning or testing difficulties.
- Help with administrative tasks including but not limited to record keeping, documentation of processes, and tracking participant engagement.
- Comfort with general office practices and procedures.
- Functional knowledge of routine software and business applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, virtual meeting and collaboration software, and databases.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a high commitment to privacy, security, process, and integrity especially as related to securing participant information and providing fair, secure and consistent testing.
- Able to commit to reliable and flexible hours to meet testing needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
