Shop Foreman

Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO is hiring a full‑time Shop Foreman (Senior Mechanic / Diagnostic Technician) to oversee a service department reconditioning hundreds of cars per month.

Competitive wage up to $45.00/hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), flexible scheduling. Company pays relocation assistance up to $2,000 and tool relocation assistance up to $1,000.

Diagnose vehicle problems with customer complaints and diagnostic tools. Perform repairs from general maintenance to complex engine services. Address minor issues before they become major. Ensure vehicles are safe and drivable before returning to clients.

• 5+ years of auto repair experience.
• Mentorship mindset with history of leading a larger team.
• ASE certification required.
• Valid driver's license.

Excellent problem-solving, observation, attention to detail, independent and team work ability, strong communication, goal-oriented, motivated to deliver quality work.

Flexible schedule with ability to work a 3‑ to 5‑day work week.
