About the Shop
The shop is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician in Colorado who wants to build their skills, gain hands‑on experience, and grow their automotive career. This Monday–Friday position offers starting pay of $20/hour, no weekends, and hands‑on training in a climate‑controlled shop. Technicians gain experience servicing gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles while working alongside experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Perform oil changes and routine automotive maintenance
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires
- Replace filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
- Perform vehicle inspections and document completed services
- Assist experienced technicians with basic repairs and vehicle preparation
- Keep bays, tools, lifts, and equipment clean, organized, and safe
- Support shop workflow and maintenance projects as needed
- 1–2 years of automotive service or repair experience
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to move and position items weighing up to 75 pounds and work in standing, bending, and kneeling positions, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Attention to detail in a fast‑paced automotive shop
- Reliable and punctual attendance during the stated schedule
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and continue developing automotive repair skills
- Starting pay of $20/hour
- Hourly compensation
