Our client is the premier Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Firm serving the equipment rental, facility services, industrial and infrastructure services, and waste and environmental services sectors. We are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives.
Location:
100% REMOTE with a HYBRID option for individuals who want to come into the office as much or as little as they would like. The firm is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO with a second office currently forming in Denver, CO.
- Base Salary:
Up to $145,000 - Bonus: 30% - 70% of Base Salary (Individual/Firm Performance)

Matching up to 3.5% as long as employee is putting in 3.5% - PTO: 24 Days
- CPA and MBA preferred; practical experience highly valued.
- 3+ years of M&A experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills; experience with Capital IQ and similar tools a plus.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions.
- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis.
- Process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers.
- Develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations.
