Description
The Business Analysis Staff at EPT is responsible for driving end‑to‑end pipeline visibility, facilitating governance processes, and orchestrating internal and external stakeholder interactions. This role ensures timely reporting, effective meeting coordination, and seamless execution of visits, conferences, and proposal support activities that enable mission‑critical outcomes for the ATC and internal and external customers.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in program management, operations coordination, or a similar role within a complex, multi‑disciplinary organization.
- Prior defense or aerospace experience.
- Proven expertise with pipeline management tools (e.g., Ignite Opp Hub) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, concise emails, reports, and newsletters.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain Security Clearance.
- Experience working independently requiring minimal direct supervision.
- Knowledge on LM capture process / win‑plans.
- Proficient in MS Dynamics;
Power BI;
Tableau; MS Office. - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization with competing priorities.
Position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
Benefits and CompensationThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For other states, the salary range will reflect the candidate's final work location. The position is incentive plan eligible. Benefits include:
