Portfolio Optimization Lead – Cybersecurity Technology

Responsibilities

• Executes workforce and financial analysis and reporting for Global information Security technology project spend
• Collaborates with product managers, finance, and project stakeholders for informed decision‑making
• Responsible for end-to-end financial reporting of GIS Technology Project Spend
• Provides monthly updates on project and vendor spend to Cybersecurity Tech Exec and Senior Leadership Team
• Directly supports the GIS Annual Transformation Budget of ~$110MM
• Manages and reports on financial and headcount trends across project execution and delivery

• 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of finance, product management, business operations, workforce/headcount or strategic planning
• Ability to create ad hoc financial reports
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong business‑centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgement and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
• Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to communicate complex information in simple terms (oral and written)
