Field Construction Coordinator

Field Coordinator – Thornton, CO

The Field Coordinator ensures all documentation, correspondence, and reporting is completed efficiently to assist Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

• Plan, prepare, collect, organize, and maintain project documentation
• Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
• Create and maintain daily and material reports
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
• Track equipment usage and track as needed
• Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
• Prepare job-specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and collect all compliance documents for closeout
• Assist operations management with various field duties
• Work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Wage: $24-28 per hour, paid weekly

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
