- Prepare and deliver sales/revenue operations reporting and analyses using CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered agents
- Support business development through prospect research, conference and meeting materials, account-based marketing initiatives, and monthly performance presentations
- Review, qualify, and route inbound website leads to appropriate Relationship Managers
- Prepare and coordinate client proposals, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements
- Prepare and manage SaaS subscription and service retainer invoices
- Ensure CRM data integrity and support testing and validation of system enhancements and releases
- Drive adoption of CRM capabilities
- Coordinate responses to requests for proposals across Chatham teams
- Manage inbound support requests from Relationship Managers and advisory teams
- Deliver training sessions and drive process enhancements
- Provide global support to Relationship Managers and advisory teams across U.S. offices, London, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Melbourne
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function preferred
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to stakeholder success
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technology-forward thinker with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands‑on experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Critical thinking with the ability to read and comprehend complex information quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information with a high-level perspective
- Ability to work from either the Denver, CO or Kennett Square, PA office
Demonstrates expertise in Sales Operations and Revenue Operations, with a strong focus on CRM data integrity, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to leverage AI tools for operational efficiency. Capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality client proposals and supporting business development initiatives.
